Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: We actually are licensed agents, but we don’t want to list your house. We want to give you an offer to buy your house. We are professional home buyers. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: Our evaluation process is very straightforward. We have to look at the needed repairs, the location of the property, the property’s current condition, and the values of comparable houses that have recently sold in the nearby area.

Our desire is to come up with an offer that will meet your needs. We try to help people solve their real estate problems so they can move on with their life.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
